Saturday February 21, 2015 9am to 1pm
Table Renter General Information & Rules
Set up will be Friday February 20, from 5–730pm or Saturday February 21, from 7-845am
Table Fees are NON –REFUNDABLE and are $20.00 for an 8 foot table / $23.00 for an 11ft table and 25.00 for a 13 foot table / $3.00 for a rack space. Table reservations will not be made until payment and signed contract are received. Table reservations are on a first come first serve basis. There are only 9 of the 13ft tables and 9 of the 11ft tables available so please check availability prior to sending in your payment.
You must set up and be at your table by 845am the day of the sale and you are expected to remain open for business until 1pm. Please do not pack up early.
You are allowed one additional person per reservation.
You must act as your own security. Summit Academy will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
All items must be priced, clean, and neatly arranged within your space.
All items must be child related. No household items and no recalled items.
You will be required to provide your own change and bags.
Rack Space
A 3ft. rack space rental is available for $3.00. Sellers must provide their own racks.
Large Items:
All large items must be sold in the large item area.
The cost for a large item is $1.00 per item.
Large items will be checked in during set up times. There will be a spreadsheet where you will sign in your items.
You will be required to fill out an index card with the item description, price, table number, and seller’s name.
If someone wants to purchase your item from the large area they will bring you the index card, pay you for the item, and you will sign the index card. The signature on the index card will be verified by your sign in signature and the item will be released.
Misc
Summit Academy has made this an annual event. If you would like to be included for next year’s sale please provide your email address and you will be emailed and have a chance to purchase tables prior to the sale being listed on the Mom 2 Mom website.
Depending on the interest we may have pizza available for purchase at $1.00 per slice. There are no other concessions available. Please let me know if you would be interested in purchasing pizza.
When your check and contract are received you will be contacted via phone or email and that will serve as your conformation.
